A restaurant with an 80 person seating capacity in two rooms with complete different ambiance are available.
A room with exposed beams and schist walls and a modern room with glass-roof and a terrace which can be opened entirely on fine days, invite you to a lunch "in the nature".
Outdoor spaces, a terrace, a bar and 2 lounges are part of a haven of peace perfect to relax and to share quality time.

Our Chef Jonathan is passionate about the seasons, the products, their cooking, and vegetables of all times. With his brigae, he makes every effort to delight your taste buds.
Passionate about cooking, they have chosen to offer you a seasonal cuisine. Vegetables are at the heart of our cuisine especially since the entrée and vegetable dishes are carefully prepared by the Head vegetable Chef.
A part of the herbs and vegetables used in the kitchen come directly from the vegetable garden in the cloister.
Depending on the season, you will be seduced by our "signature" dishes, all based on respect for the products of our beautiful "Anjou".
